• Jelly, Magnetic, and Metallic formulas
• Sheer, Shimmer, and Shimmergraphic™ effects
• Speckled, Thermal, and Topper products

Product Availability

We strive to maintain accurate inventory information, but occasionally products may be out of stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

Service Area

We ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian regions and remote locations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

4. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• Products are unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase (original order confirmation or receipt)
• You cover return shipping costs (except for defective items)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used nail polishes
• Topper products that have been unsealed
• Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless returning a defective item)
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchanges

To exchange for a different product:

• Follow the standard return process
• Clearly state the item you’d like to exchange for in your return request
• If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
• If the exchange item is of lower value, you’ll receive a refund for the difference

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• We’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you (including free return shipping if needed)
