While we strive for perfection in every bottle of Magnetic, Shimmergraphicâ„¢, and Thermal polish, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Our shipping and returns policy is designed with the same care we put into crafting our multidimensional formulas.
Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Please Note: We ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian regions and remote locations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Return & Exchange Policy
Guidelines
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or receipt required
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (except for defective items)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used nail polishes
- Topper products that have been unsealed
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely package the items you’re returning, including the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship to Us

Step 5: Track Your Package
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless returning a defective item)
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different shade of Crème, Duochrome, or perhaps try our signature Shimmergraphic™ finish?
- Follow the return process outlined above
- In your return request, clearly state the item you’d like to exchange for
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, you’ll receive a refund for the difference
Defective or Damaged Products
We take immense pride in our quality control, but if you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you (including free return shipping if needed)

International Returns
As we serve nail enthusiasts worldwide (excluding certain Asian regions and remote locations), international returns follow the same process outlined above. Please note:
